Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, we will refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of ship date to the original method of payment.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition – unworn, with original packaging and purchase receipt.  Once received and processed, we will send email confirmation. 

Unfortunately we are not able to accept international returns.  If there is a defect or you receive the wrong item please contact us.  
 
Returns may be sent via any carrier of your choice.  To ensure proper delivery, we recommend that you track and insure all returned packages. Sally Jane is not responsible for items lost in transit.  Mail returns to:
